The Channel name should be appended to the Dev Box provider's display name so its clear which version of the provider is in use #3672

Steps to reproduce the bug

Install both the preview and canary versions of the Azure extension then make sure the Dev Box provider is enabled in both. Go to the environments page and observe that your Dev Boxes appear as duplicated with the same name for the provider. E.g Microsoft Dev Box

Expected result

in the environment card one set of environments should have "Microsoft Dev Box (preview)" and the other set should have "Microsoft Dev Box (canary)" as the provider title.

Actual result

All the headings are the same so it looks like the dev boxes are duplicated. See https://github.com/microsoft/devhome/issues/3591 for an example of how this appears.

Why is this a P2? Apart from devs who have gotten explicit permission for Canary, which users will have both versions installed?
