@reyang made a good point in #205 that our current installation script name azure-install.cmd is not intuitive. Suggest we just rename it install.cmd.

And what's for azure-board-cli.cmd?

azure-board-cli.cmd is called by tasks, like provision/deploy. We plan to address this in Makerfaire milestone.
