Update the file in USB storage for DevKit

Already sent the file to MXChip, need to confirm whether they burned it into DevKit since next batch of producing.

MXChip need STMicro to build the new firmware, in progress

Provide the new readme file to MXChip and suppose STMicro will help to add it in.
