[feat][@rise4fun/docusaurus-remark-plugin-import-file]: Add an option to always import a given file #47

Having an options to always import a given file would be useful for a basic glossary scenario. I am using remark-abbr, which add a basic tooltip (browser native with HTML tag <abbr/>). Inserting the abbreviation file everywhere by default would be awesome!
