There were some component governance warnings about the jQuery version being referenced by the samples. I determined that it was indeed an old version of jQuery but also that the samples were generally out-of-date with the ASP.NET Framework templates from VS. So I've refreshed the content of the samples from those templates. This gets them on current versions of various libraries.
