Hi @JonathanTylerCombs. The dev branch is currently unused in this repo.

What is the motivation behind this change? There isn't a big need to use a devcontainer when working on the relatively simple test and sample projects in this repo.

Closing as this is not necessary and doesn't fix any open feature requests.
