A bug from JsonSerializer.Serialize #1349

My c# class:

When the instance of CloudContainer is serialized with JsonSerializer, the bug appears:

It only appears for ASP.NET CORE APP but Console Application works fun!

Can you open dotnet/runtime instead? Also, can you share your source code to show what you are doing?
