Artifact optionally separate from deployment #46

Closes #39. Modified deploy-aml-endpoint.template.yml to make creation of code artifact optional, accepting an artifactName from outside. Adapted pipelines 1 & 2 consequently (in modeling pipeline, artifact is generated at the beginning to fix the issue).
