Updates for latest Durable Task OOProc protocols #19

This PR contains a variety of changes, including:

Updated for latest protobuf protocols
Renamed ErrorDetails to FailureDetails; also renamed some properties
Made FailureDetails a property of OrchestrationMetadata
Removed JSON serialization of errors
Split error testing into new JUnit class with a common base class
Misc. cleanup (removing unused code, etc.)

I've also updated the version of the Durable Task sidecar (docker.io/cgillum/durabletask-sidecar:latest) which is compatible with these changes.

Things that still need to be done:

[x] Update the version of Microsoft.Azure.WebJobs.Extensions.DurableTask (v2.7.0-preview2) for testing with Functions.
