Should have Ledger Allocation Rules - Financial Dimensions should capture from Source transaction if its Unspecified for Allocated Cost. Currently its manual, entering the dimension for destination (Allocated cost) if we use Ledger Allocation Rules as Ledger Allocation Basis

@UmeshPai73 thank you for the feedback. It is not clear to me if you are suggesting a feature enhancement to the ledger allocation rules or suggesting that you offer a solution to this scenario. If you have an ISV solution for this scenario, we can certainly add a pattern for this that you can document. The solution needs to be available in AppSource or the Azure Marketplace to be eligible. Additionally, we would need to define the name for the pattern. For example, Process ledger allocations with source dimensions using Infosys [solution name] in Dynamics 365 Finance. If you are simply suggesting that this is feature Microsoft adds to the product, please be sure to log this idea in the ideas.microsoft.com site and solicit votes.
