Dear, I have a lot of experience in professional (and technical) services domain, as enterprise architect, solution architect. I'm working on several implemenations where Field services & Project Ops are used. Field services from a supplier perspective on servicing customer assets. Unless mistaken this is not covered in the current process guidance. I'd like to propose a set of processes (and process areas) to cover this domain. TIA, Tim
