Problem:
We need to support new Identifier design in Issuance v1.
Solution:
Support HolderIdentifier in Issuance V2 flows.
Remove unneeded classes.
Rename PresentationService to OpenIdPresentationRequestValidator and move to main directory.
Validation:
All unit tests pass.
