Problem:
The networking layer can be simplified when the encoder and decoder are simply decoding/encoding JSON.
Solution:
Add default Encoder and Decoders for JSON request/response bodies.
Create network operation for issuance request using OpenID4VCI format.
Validation:
All unit tests pass as expected.
