Provides a set of useful tools, utilities, reusable components, and React hooks that are designed to capture common components and utilities common among Essex Alpha team projects.
Adds a set of hooks so we can style fluent controls using a consistent "small" style. This aligns with the size property on forthcoming Fluent9, and lets us build more technical interfaces where the components are more compact. Eventually this will be replaced with CSS tokens.
