feat: update exports from fast-element to be explicit #6807

📖 Description

This PR updates exports from fast-element to be explicitly defined. Certain tooling doesn't support name-spaced exports. This PR attempts to provide explicit exports for fast-element to better support a broad range of tooling.

I'm going to close this as I think we likely want export paths for everything instead of just moving the named to the root index.
