chore: remove fast animation and figma plugin from archives #6843

📖 Description

Both the fast-animation package and the figma plugin have been deprecated. This PR removes those packages from the archive branch to ensure that there are no unintended changes/updates given they cannot be published.

As a side note, the Figma plugin is continuing development over in AWC for anyone interested in following its development.
