The frontpage used in the documentation site is currently using @microsoft/fast-components, a deprecated package which is causing several issues when attempting to update the site. As an immediate solution to allow the documentation site to build, this PR removes the website as a simpler solution will be proposed and this will unblock updating docusaurus and updating the documentation for the upcoming @microsoft/fast-element 2.0.0 release.
This changes nothing on the fast.design at present, as we are currently not publishing the docs site until the 2.0.0 release.
