For CLI include more general documentation on how to load any profile #34

For the CLI tool for loading profiles, please provide a tutorial that explains general steps on how to load any IG profiles. Right now we only have US Core and mCode. It would be better to provide general guidance (for example, in the command npm --registry https://packages.simplifier.net install hl7.fhir.us.core@3.1.1 how does one know what to write in the us.core@3.1.1? ) Give guidance there., and then provide Us Core and mCode as examples.
