If namespace hasn't been used in the subscription bash install fails #35

During bash install deployFhirBulk.bash if a namespace hasn't been used (my ex. Microsoft.EventGrid), install will fail. Thankfully the failure message references the error message and a quick Google search will tell you how to register the unregistered namespace. But it would be nice if the installer handled this.
