Microsoft Finance Time Series Forecasting Framework (FinnTS) is a forecasting package that utilizes cutting-edge time series forecasting and parallelization on the cloud to produce accurate forecasts for financial data.
Move all references to Azure Batch functions outside of package. That way no package has no GitHub dependencies and can be properly submitted to CRAN without any errors
[x] remove functions related to creating connection to Azure Batch Cluster and setting up parallel backend
[x] update documentation to call out change and provide code samples of how to register Batch parallel engine outside of forecast_time_series function and also show how to delete the cluster
