Actual Behavior

giving negative values to yaxis makes the fluent ui vertical chart bar disappear

Expected Behavior

the negative value should appear in y-axis

@divyak-murali There is a property called yMinValue that you can try setting. Otherwise, feel free to fix the issue and raise a PR. The charting team would be willing to help merge it.
