using the a11y insight tool there is an issue in menu

Bug Description

Actual Behavior

found an a11y issue when running the a11y isight tool on the menu component, it is originated in the component itself.

Expected Behavior

Expects no a11y issues

Check what are real errors vs false positives related to Tabster. It would be great to document the Tabster related issues. Or can we talk to Accessibility Insights/contribute to AXE core? Considering for H2/2024
