  1. provided the C# scripting level implementations for XSAPI gaps in:
  1. implemented a new converter utility method
  2. refreshed the interop code generated definitions for the missing social APIs

... still to come are mid level c# APIs related to real time activity, matchmaking, and raw MPSD
