Request for publishing approved apps [controlled by managed publishing] via VSTS extension #281

Google play console allows managed publishing to be turned on giving controls to developers on when to publish the approved APKs [https://support.google.com/googleplay/android-developer/answer/9859654]. This activity of publishing approved apk requires us to login to play console and manually publish it

Ask from you - If this activity of "Review and publish" can be done from VSTS extension alternatively instead of going to the portal and making this manual change, when managed publishing is ON.
