test-signal.dat file not creating on sink blob. I configured all these thing whatever you guys suggested. also using CLI authenticate.

Following Quickstart: Key Vault with Role Based Access Controls and Azure CLI Credentials. Quickstart: Running the Blob Source and Sink blocks with az login.
