Candidate Assessment Feedback Adaptive Card for Microsoft Teams

Description

Candidates-Feedback-Adaptive-Card Candidate assessment is the process of gathering information about a candidate in order to determine their suitability for a role. This information can be gathered through a variety of methods, including interviews, work samples, and reference checks.

What problem is solving The goal of candidate assessment is to collect enough information to make an informed decision about whether or not a candidate is a good fit for a particular role. This process can be quite time-consuming, but it is essential to making sure that the right people are hired for the right jobs.

There are a few key things to keep in mind when conducting candidate assessments. First, it is important to be as objective as possible. This means avoiding personal biases and preconceptions about candidates. Second, it is important to collect as much information as possible. This means using a variety of assessment methods and talking to multiple references.

Third, it is important to make sure that the assessment process is fair. This means treating all candidates equally and giving them all the same opportunity to showcase their skills and qualifications. Finally, it is important to document everything. This way, there is a record of the assessment process and the decision-making process that can be referenced later which is why this app was created to be used in Microsoft Teams

Hi @ezekielibe, thank you for your project submission. Unfortunately, we do not accept low-code solutions in this hackathon. We focus on the pro-code solutions for Microsoft Teams. I see that your project is built with Power Automate, so unfortunately I'll have to tag your submission invalid. Please do let us know if we misunderstood and your project code is missing in the repo. Thanks.

My project code is in the zipped folder (Candidate feedback folder) which I have unzipped in my repository

Hi @ezekielibe, unfortunately we do not accept low-code project submissions in this hackathon. Because your project is built using Power Automate and there is no additional code file in your repository, we'll have to disqualify your project.

Also, will I get a digital batch at least?... I didn't know that Low-Code is not accepted notwithstanding the project aids productivity for feedback in an ongoing candidate interview on Teams

As we mentioned, the closing time for submissions has passed last week, so we can't accept any new submissions at this moment, because it wouldn't be fair for other participants. Sorry, that we don't have a better answer for you. We appreciate you sharing your solution with us nonetheless.
