This App allows anyone to issue a survey directly in Teams. Just start a survey and it will:

The app has a simple set of questions - new question sets to be added to help businesses gather data on staff opinion.

Hi @intu3, thanks for your project submission. We cannot find your teammate's information in the registration. Can you please make sure that your teammate brggs registers to the hackathon with the correct github account name, otherwise your teammate won't be eligible for the digital badge and prizes.
