Release on NuGet #46

Please publish a release as a NuGet package. I guess though first Deque.AxeCore.* needs to have a stable release, see https://github.com/dequelabs/axe-core-nuget/issues/84.

Deque.AxeCore.Selenium is now released (https://github.com/dequelabs/axe-core-nuget/issues/84), so it would be great to have a release of these packages too.

I haven't, since I'm waiting for the NuGet release of this project.

Created an alternative in case this never gets released https://www.nuget.org/packages/TWP.Selenium.Axe.Html/ *Basically, just the HTML report portion of the old Selenium.Axe package.

Wow, that looks great! That project seems like a drop-in replacement of Selenium.Axe for .NET with the difference that it uses the .NET Deque.AxeCore.Selenium under the hood instead of the JS axe-core. Do I understand correctly?
