Updating naming convention. #49

There is an ask from Deque to rename this project to avoid ownership confusion. The new agreed name is Microsoft.HtmlReporterForAxeCore which is more inline with the repo name.

This PR updates:

  1. Solution name..
  2. Project names.
  3. Namespace names.
  4. References to namespaces/projects.
