Network Analytics Landing Zone - Provide costs guidance #294

The Network Analytics Landing Zone provide different architectural patterns to optimize for different customer networking requirements. Depending on the option selected, different costs would be implicit.

Please provide some guidance to help customers have an idea of estimated costs based on the networking model they choose (for example, there would be different costs if they use the internet-only version compared to the ExpressRoute with Private Peering option).
