service editor should generate .h/.ts/... files #1173

It would be helpful for people iterating on service definitions to generate the .h/... files in https://microsoft.github.io/jacdac-docs/tools/service-editor/ page - this way they can start implementing stuff before the PR is merged and without running the spec tool
