current meter reading display not very good #1222

Could we either show mA or always show 3 decimal points for the DC Current Measurement service? Right now it's really confusing as the length of the display changes.

We could move the service to use mA instead of A?

The module should implement the reading_resolution register to give a hint to the UI about the amount of significant numbers to show after the decimal point.
