jacdac-docs auto-detect of dead device interferes with manual flashing #386

jacdac-docs considers the proxy device dead when no packet is received for a some time. This works well in most case but... when the user starts a flash manually, the device stops sending packets and eventually jacdac-docs reset mid-flash.

Increased time out to 15seconds.
