The Teams Linux packages (rpm and deb) links from the download page point to non-existing files (404 http error) and indeed the repository for teams packages is empty since at least yesterday (2023-02-22).

Microsoft discontinued the Teams client for Linux.

Teams for Linux is indeed being deprecated in favor of a Progressive Web App (PWA). This appears to be the official announcement regarding the PWA feature.
