Microsoft Packaged Linux Software (DEBs, RPMs, etc) are hosted on packages.microsoft.com (PMC) made available as native Linux repositories for use with package managers like APT, YUM, etc.
The Teams Linux packages (rpm and deb) links from the download page point to non-existing files (404 http error) and indeed the repository for teams packages is empty since at least yesterday (2023-02-22).
Teams for Linux is indeed being deprecated in favor of a Progressive Web App (PWA).
