[Feature Request]: Remove old temporary code #748

There are a few places with temporary code that was necessary at the time but can now be safely deleted.

  1. transient participant workaround in LivePresence
  2. old android fix host decorator
  3. old backwards compatibility host decorator
  4. TODO
