A partner is using the groupaction event to display notifications when a user pauses/plays/seeks a video. During a suspension these do not happen. When previously using LiveEvent for notifications (duplicating signals), these notifications were shown while suspended, which they came to like.

Emit groupaction events even while suspended. Or perhaps add a new event listener so that existing behavior of that listener is unchanged.
