Live Share unit tests now use Fluid v2 #771

Duplicated and simplified fluid testing packages, which are not available over npm in fluid v2. Testing package is located at @live-share-private/test-utils in the folder /internal/test-utils.

Also enabled pipeline unit tests for prs against mainv2 branch.
