[BUG] - Market Place - license terms link returns 404. #5027

Describe what happened:

What was your system configuration? Product and Version [VS/VSCode]: N/A OS Version[macOS/Windows]: Arc/Brave browser Live Share Extension Version: N/A Target Platform or Language [e.g. Node.js]: N/A

Steps to Reproduce / Scenario:

  1. Go to https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=MS-vsliveshare.vsliveshare&ssr=false#overview
  2. Click on license terms
  3. See error 404

Also happens if you click the "Licence" in the read me.

Please attach logs to this issue: You can access them via the Live Share: Export Logs command from the command palette (ctrl + shift + p) and attach them to this issue
