Live Share fails to open when previously connected to remote backend #5073

Type: Bug

  1. Connect to a Remote backend such as WSL or Dev Containers (tested with both, on different computers).
  2. Close VSCode.
  3. Open a Live Share session (from a different computer) in VSCode.
  4. Observe that the Live Share session does not activate.
