Feature request: Pop-up IDE notification when someone sends a new chat message #5079

As of today, when you receive messages via the integrated live session chat, you don't notice until you open the live session pane, or the chat pane itself.

It would be great to be notified via a pop-up banner when someone sends a new message, or mentions your username with "@".
