[VS Code] [ms-vsliveshare.vsliveshare]:Extend the collision made debugger step through failure. #767

Product and Version [VS/VSCode]: 1.25.1 OS Version [macOS/Windows]: Windows10 1803 Live Share Extension Version: 0.3.504 Target Platform or Language [e.g. Node.js]: v10.5.0

Steps to Reproduce / Scenario:

1.VSCode 1.25.1 2.When I at the same time enable LiveShare and LuaDebug this two extensions, makes the debugger LuaDebug lose the ability of single step, breakpoint will only stay in the first row.
