Internal Server Error with sample script #13

I have verified that I am using the correct parameters to upload a sample CSV, but I receive an Internal Server Error using sample_script.ps1. Does anyone still use this to upload a CSV?

Failure with StatusCode [InternalServerError] and ReasonPhrase [Internal Server Error]
