Failure with StatusCode [InternalServerError] and ReasonPhrase [Internal Server Error]

I've tried running this script against several tenants at this point, however I'm consistently receiving the error below. The implementation is following the instructions at https://learn.microsoft.com/microsoft-365/compliance/import-hr-data?view=o365-worldwide.
