Yes, we have seen this issue on someone else's system, to do with an outdated vecmath.jar.
Could you please try the installer mentioned here: http://www.minecraftforge.net/forum/index.php/topic,35273.msg185825.html

Found it: http://create.ife.no/vr/tools/j3d/java3d_1_5_2-macosx.pkg.zip Issue is the outdated vecmath.jar file, which the above installer is able to update.
