Does Malmo support any VR headset? #713

Hi, does Malmo work with Minecraft support for VR headset such as Oculus Rift?

If you can install other mods alongside Malmo, the best bet is vivecraft. the latest Malmo uses Minecraft 1.11.2. you can find the mod and instructions here.

Not sure about the compatibility or controls. Please get back to us with an update though.

Update

You can easily install Malmo alongside Vivecraft by getting the regular java version of the game, running the Vivecraft installer with the Forge installer included and then simply dragging the malmo mod over to the mods folder in Minecraft. The problem is that while Malmo works with Vivecraft and appears installed in the main minecraft menu (under the mods tab) I am unable to connect the python client to it (see issue #737).
