Email notification of new matters not being recieved #822

When we create a new matter or update a matter the users are not receiving email notifications of the change. We have checked the sharing settings in Azure AD and the setup documentation and believe that we have everything set up correctly. We are not seeing errors in Azure or SharePoint. We have SharePoint online and (for now) Exchange on-premises. Is there somewhere that I need to set the URL/Server/Credentials for the Exchange server?

@scottgolightly Notification Emails are generated by Azure web jobs. Can you please redeploy the web job project, to azure portal under the same matter web app

@premchandpl can we please instruct on how we can deploy the webjob into the webapp. Receiving request to a downlevel service has failed error. Please help

@premchandpl i wanted to get back and check if there is a 2020 update to webjob deploy scripts as it fails with request to downlevel service failed . When i deploy the webjob manually i get 401 unauthorized error.
