Request to a downlevel service failed and Updating Office, Outlook and SharePoint App schema files failed issue #854

Matter center installation issue on final step Hi,

After fixing some scripts, I am now facing issues in below steps. 1) Request to a downlevel service failed and Updating Office : Create-MatterCenterWebJob.ps1 2) Outlook and SharePoint App schema files failed issue :Deploy-SPOFiles.ps1, DeployOutlookApp.ps1 and DeployOfficeApp.ps1

Can anyone has fixed this issue before ?
