Unable to create matter Step 2/3 fails #856

I am unable to create matter, spend hours looking for all the configuration lists but it's not helpful. Attaching the error screenshot for more information.

Note: The matter created during the first deployment with different site collection still appears in the matter. Due to many issues in first deployment, I have created another matter center site collection after deleting all the config SharePoint lists. I don't understand from where it is fetching old matter data. The SharePoint APP site is in retention policy and we cannot take that policy away due to crucial information. Unable to create matter

@meemakwana have you managed to solve this issue? I am struggling with the same thing.
