Commit badff9c reintroduced a shortened sleep window for validating mdatp licensing status. The proposed change brings back the extended loop that was removed for license validation. When installing mdatp on large nodes, the time it takes the mdatp service to reach a started status may take longer than the 3 seconds currently permitted.
