Why is this change being made?

We're adding the WME trace providers to commonly used trace profiles.

What changed?

This change adds the WME trace providers to MF_TRACE.WPRP.

How was the change tested?

I captured traces via WPR for WME playback scenarios in Media Player and verified the expected WME tracing is present.
